USA is just a lie

USA is just a lie. If our crime is escaping by boat, then PLEASE ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD RESCUE US BY PLANE! We will be Nobel Peace prize people for your country. If you don’t let us free, at least dump us back in the ocean. We are sick, we are tired, we just want to die. Please give us Amnesty!

Eva Cripps
Eva Cripps Dutton is a sociopath and Turnbull and Shorten are playing along for the racist vote. It is disgusting. I honestly don’t know what has to happen for either major party to admit they have been complicit in the torture of innocent people.

David Evans
David Evans Class action? Or how about crowd funding a charter plane, if dutton and turnbull won’t allow that maybe we can shove those two (and a few more) aboard on a one way flight to nowhere, and then bring the children to Australia? This is the most shameful period in Australias’ history, even surpassing abbots and morrisons’ fiasco. And we all mostly thought that bushs’ Guantanamo was bad, what these animals are doing is absolutely no better. I am more than 70 yo embarrassed and ashamed at what this country has become.

John Brown Dutton and turnbul cant stop it. These people have been released into the community, they can leave if they can make it into a plane or boat. NZ had previously offered some visas which the australian government rejected. Well, now they are free in.nauru, its not the australian governments business anymore

Katrina Faulds The injustice, inequality and inhumanity is staggering. If those now on Manus and Nauru had had the resources to arrive in Australia via plane, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. There are many who vehemently disagree with what has been happening and the government’s approach. I wish I knew how we could help, your lives are so valuable ❤

John Kennedy Free the Children NAURU : Where are these boats coming from? Is Nauru not in Asia? If America let them immigrate to the USA, would they not be coming from Naura? Help me understand why you do not consider this an Asian/Australian issue?

Free the Children NAURU
Free the Children NAURU People on Nauru are people who have fled persecution, torture etc from many different countries in the world. They have attempted to get to Australia because Australia is signatory to the convention to protect people seeking asylum (The Refugee Convention). But, Australia is not honouring that agreement because our government is dumping them on Nauru. It is a tiny 8sq mile remote island in the middle of the Pacific, not in Asia. Australia has a people swap agreement with the US – taking people from Costa Rica. The US weren’t doing it without benefits to the US.
We don’t believe that they should go to the US. They should come to Australia. It is an Australian issue, but not an Asian issue. It is disgraceful that the Australian Prime Minister and US President swap people like they are not human. It is more disgraceful that Australia has kept these people detained on Nauru for 4 years, especially cruel to detain children.
